Hi guys,
I have ordered from Beckett Simonon before, love them so far. Now they launched three Desert Boots. Has anyone received a pair yet? They look awesome, but I would like someones opinion before I order.
Thanks.
Mike.

LOL, the above exchange is funny if serious; what a classic example of "hearing what you want to hear..."

To be constructive to the OP, my cousin ordered two pairs of Simonon chukkas earlier this year and he's quite happy with them, and they look nice to me when he wears 'em. OTOH, the boots probably don't live up to even the most plebian standards of "SF-approved" in construction or interesting design, so if that doesn't vibe with your standards/aesthetic, look somewhere else.
