Nice vid, thanks!

I have to say, I like the image of Norton and Sons, at least as it is pictured in the documentaries I saw. Surely, I can't comment on the quality of their tailoring.

But still, I love the fact, that a great English firm got rescued and conserved the traditions it stood for in decades. This is a big luck, nowadays.

Thanks for the link!

Norton & Sons is definitely on the top of the list of Savile Row tailors if I ever get the chance to have one made.

Thanks for the link. Interesting to see how a relatively young guy in Patrick Grant, who didn't necessarily grow up in the business (I don't believe he did anyways), is evolving the firm.

Not a bad looking suit. Any ideas how much Norton charges for such a suit?

Good to see the ex-Poole's man who went to China, has recovered.

I must say this suit looks indeed very nice although not very timeless. The final product appears to be way more hipsteresque than I would want such an expensive and made-to-last item to be. To each his own I guess. You can never be shure how the staff at Norton's is whn no camera is around but judging from the video, the service seems to be quite good.

Very nice video. It does though show how a badly fitting shirt and ugly tie can ruin an elegant suit.

I would agree with you there. I dont undertand this thin tie business.

What I wonder, though, is he got himself a very modern and slim fitting suit, what happens when styles change and he looks a goob when nobody is wearing that cut any longer?

If I were to ever invest in a bespoke suit it would be as classic as possible so I could wear it for the rest of my life.
