1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Very, very nice shoes. [IMG] (aah, those new, unspoilt soles ...)
I'm awaiting my pair (Russell in black on the 82 last) any day now.

It's not a site. You just have to call them and ask them what shoes they have on sale in your size or e-mail them your size and they'll send you a list of the shoes that are on sale in that size.

After this, how will you ever be able to buy Allen-Edmonds again, not to mention Crockett & Jones? [IMG]

It's not going to be easy, but it's going to have to be done for now. I don't think I could afford to make all of the shoes in my rotation EGs, even at the discount price. Also, as much as I love the EGs, I still like my Italian shoes (SF Tramezzas), which might be more appropriate with certain outfits than the EGs.

Great shoes. The color looks less red and more brown than I would expect fom EG's burgundy calf

Yeah, it's weird, it does look more brown on the pictures. It might just be the flash because in real life they look more red than brown.

I'm confused. You called the U.K. and ordered a sale shoe about a week and a half ago, right? I thought they didn't even ship until about a month after the sale.

I also ordered during the sale. Should I perhaps be expecting shoes soon, or did you just get very lucky?

I had a friend pick them up for me at the London store and mail them to me.
