I stopped by the Philly Daffy's today and picked up four pairs of awesome pants. Two pairs of Incotex Chinos for 13.99 each, a pair of cotton/wool Italian made Mabitex for 49.99 and a surprisingly nice Morroco made Mabitex for 39.99. The Incotex were sold "as-is". I guess the staff didn't realize that the pants were just un-hemmed. If it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't have known what I was looking at at Daffy's. Now to get the pants hemmed! Should I get a cuff? Here's a pic of my spoils.

I bought basically all of the good pants from Daffy's I could find in my size (34). I looked in other sizes briefly and didn't see much else, FYI.

Just quadruple check those Inco's, many have pulls tears in places that you have to look very hard for. Also, Vestuim Officina does not equal Mabitex. If they are made in Morrocco and do not say Mabitex on the buttons or the waistband, they are most likely V.O. which are made in a factory owned by Mabitex in Morrocco. The quality, style and fabrics are not as good as mabitex.

Thanks, the $49.99s are Mabitex (on the buttons). I'm sort of on the wall with this one as the fit and fabric is quite nice, but the legs are a little dirty. I'm pretty sure it will come out in a wash though. The other doesn't have any markings. I can now see that the quality isn't as good as the other trousers. Still, at 40 bucks it fits well and the fabric is nice. I saw another VO with no markings that fit really terribly. On the Incotexes there is a very tiny pull on the back of one of deep blue ones and on the slates are perfect, minus a very tiny green discoloration on one of the front pockets. I'm a little worried about the blue pull. Here are a few pics. Is this going to come back and haunt me? Outside:

An extra $13 for hem with cuff... I'm keeping all of them. $27 for good fitting pants with a small snag is worth it in my book. I said almost no break and the tailor looked at me like I was nuts. She mentioned something about Charlie Chaplin. lol
