Got a new place in NJ today

Bought a new place today in NJ. It's very private, which is exactly what I wanted. There's an unattractive house on there now, so that's coming down, and we'll start again. Have some great architects who have a great Arts & Crafts kind of style. I have some sort of stone/shingle thing in my mind. Anyway, it's going to be a long process, but I'm very excited!

This is the view out the front. You can only see the estate over the road, that's it. Nothing to the sides or back. There are pretty much limitless possibilities.

I have a place in NYC that is currently my primary. In fact, I'm currently renovating my NY place, which, hopefully will be done soon. All that's left is painting. As time progresses, I'm going to spend more and more time in NJ and less in NYC, hopefully. I'm a country boy at heart, and I'm basically only in Manhattan as long as I need to be...

And zjpj's secret identity is finally revealed. Hi Johnny Sack, how's Ginny? I'd never have taken you for a dry denim kind of guy.

Congrats -- I thought Somerset. It feels very Berkeley Heights to me (used to spend alot of time around Millington). There's a sub shop in Chatham that makes the best subs on the planet, be sure to hit up the Wine Library in, darn, I've forgotten the name, but it's close to Short Hills, and I've often had a pleasant meal in Pan E Vino on RT. 10 in Livingston (they also make the world's best iced tea, IMHO). Why I've told you all this I don't know; perhaps I'm hungry and nostalgic.

Regards,
Huntsman
