Google's browser has been released- I'm using it now. Pretty spiffy, I like a lot of the features. Best part so far is it's very quick.

It's based off webkit.

I like it so far as well, though I've run into a few cert issues.

No idea on benefits yet, they claim it's meant for new media rich websites. I like the simple UI though.

It feels faster because it's more efficient at drawing the pages out and using things stored in memory. You'll see similar effects in Safari, because the same code is behind the two.

so why should i use it as opposed to Firefox?
i feel safe with firefox - never had any security problems like i always had with IE
