I was thinking about how this "+" will probably be dropped in the future. For now it's a really great way to highlight this expanded social feature but in the future the question will probably be: "Hey, are you on Google?" How could the answer to that be anything other than "Yes. The whole world is on Google"

Sounds about right. One already 'Googles' something and soon it'll be '____* are on Google'.

I thought the Sparks you create all feed into your normal stream? I don't want to click on individual sparks to read about my interests.

I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong?

Google + will be ok as long as it is invite only. As soon as it is open to all, it will have exactly the same numptys and idiots which ruined Facebook and Myspace. The sort of undesirables I have absolutely no desire to be 'social' with at all.

err the whole point of facebook is to add the people you wanna add. Having only some male geeks into whatever gaylord bullshit you guys are into is why I won't sign up on this **** unless it gets momentum and replaces facebook. I don't care about how much more advanced it is or some other bullshit, its just a nice way to socialize/organize events/etc.

I personally wouldn't mind quitting FB and starting from scratch. I'll decide if I get into G+ anytime soon.

Whether I quit FB or not will depend upon wtvr others are trending. Sad, but true.
