    I've got one of those catalogues. Should I part with it?: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws....MEWA:IT I also have a copy of the new Edward Green catalogue. I might ask for a few more copies and put them on eBay in a few years time.

    Jeez, $77 US for a catalogue? Shoe geeks are pushing things to a new level. Too bad that comma didn't denote the decimal place...$77k would set you up with a fairly decent wardrobe...
