Google "$3.95 Bluehost" and you'll get an affiliate link to get a discount from $6.95 (make sure you sign up on Bluehost.com's domain name not on a secondary company's)

+1 for Hostgator. I've been using them for my site for a while and never had a problem. Their support has been top notch, they even helped me troubleshoot a Wordpress issue that clearly was not up to them to solve. Pretty inexpensive too.

I've been using site5 and I have zero complaints. Customer service is always very prompt and I've never experienced any downtime. I like their multiple sites under one hosting account option, all it costs for me to create a new website is the price of the domain name.

Hostgator, they are awesome. I have never had an issue with them and they have decent prices also
