The server has been reconfigured so that site speeds will improve.

Notice: Right now the site is slow because we are fixing all the images from the past 4 months. Many of you noticed that these were missing, and we are fixing that problem now. Unfortunately, it is taking up a lot of resources and causing the site to be slow.

Oh, and don’t forget to head over to the Styleforum Journal, because we’re giving away two pairs of Carmina shoes to celebrate our move!

Pretty good looking watch, altho not a mechanical movement (I think this is a quartz movement, but looks pretty damned good for under $1000) this might be a good option for those wanting a gentleman's watch at lesser cost: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....c=photo

You can do much better than that. Consider vintage. I bought a Omega Speedmaster on Ebay for 600. Sent it to Omega Switzerland to have if completely overhauled for another 500 came back as good as new.
