If your an intensive athlete, no matter how great your eating habits are, you will never be able to take in enough full-range of vitamins. EVERYONE needs to take multi-vitamins. Your body will never be able to take in the sufficient amount that it needs just from the food you eat.
I'd like to see any evidence you could provide to back that up.
