Where in Sydney would one shop for good quality casual menswear? Jeans, pants, polos etc

Just hit up the conservative business dress department stores (Myer and DJ's).

Pitt St Mall.

And if budget is unlimited then try some of the Castlereagh St. stores. You have Harrolds (although I feel they're overpriced - they do have sales every now and then); Zegna; and a few shops for the Missus to browse in as well.
