Good price for AE Park Ave

I am wanting to get a pair of AE park avenues to boost up my slowly growing/maturing shoe collection. I read on some of the more recent threads about some pretty nice deals, $195 on the ebay AE store (albeit for 2nds) , approx. $240 NIB on a January clearance sale...how often do these deals come around?

I will need a pair before summer and right now there is a pair on ebay with the 9 D i need for $270 including shipping. Are there any more blow out deals to look forward to in the next few months? $270 is a nice break from the store retail prices but $240 or even below 200 is even nicer.
