Are you going into work in your underwear next week?

The p2p is 41. Noodles needs at least a 43 inch (21.5 doubled) chest.

You can see in the picture the jacket is way too tight

Not at all. I think it's a good compromise.

What are good underwear brands? I have big thighs from lifting weights which leads to my underwear always riding up around my thighs.

Vests and braces absolutely go together. What you shouldn't be doing is wearing a belt with a vest.

@sugarbutch that's definitely not in the cards. I'm fine now without any mechanisms for the moment but I know the trousers will stretch a tad. Huge thanks to the noodlers for bringing the braces option to my attention. Plus I get to Kop another cool item.

    Any suggestions on good braces?

^ Albert Thurston. Boxcloth and barathea. Exquisite Trimmings has some. There are some deals on eBay. You can also order directly from Albert Thurston.

If I'm not mistaken, Albert Thurston makes TM Lewin's braces as well. That's usually a cheaper route than going through A.T. directly.
