Hey Noodles, doesn't your wife have family in South Korea? If so, why not try out BnT when you go to visit them?

I only store in shoe bags for my shoes that are more seasonal and likely to go a few months without being worn. For shoes in my regular rotation, I just put them on the shoe rack and brush them when putting them on.

    아주 좋은 질문이에요~
    Very good question.
My next visit to Seoul will most likely be next May. Hee-ha!
I have considered them but the longest I can stay is 2 to 3 weeks so I won't have the time.
The father in-law will want to buy me a new suit but the duration of my time their will not allow me to go bespoke.

Also, Noodles, isn't your wedding suit also a windowpane re: the earlier discussion?

Yes. I need to lengthen the sleeves and do something about the buttons, which I believe is not possible.
    But what about it? [IMG]

^ Another argument against getting that POW suit.

I made myself some olive greenish pocket squares, which colours would you suggest wearing that with?

I think Noodles just really loves windowpane

He also used to own this Zegna

    Potentially 4 windowpane suits here

    -Formosa navy
    -Formosa grey
    -Galaxy grey
-Zegna if he had kept it

I am really weak in my suits, it appears.

    1. Blue windowpane Galaxy suit (aka the wedding suit)
    2. Navy plaid Formosa suit

And then I have 3 Zegna suits. Pretty horrible.

I unfortunately have a much smaller collection, but I DO have a sock hanger now!

I'll take some pictures with the ties next time I actually leave the house.

The guideline I'm familiar with is that when unbuttoned, one's shirt cuff should roughly extend to the top of the thenar space (how's that for medical terminology?) aka that bit of webbing between one's thumb and forefinger. The cuff should be tight enough when buttoned so that it doesn't slide over the heel of one's palm.

    That's always worked for me.
