(I'm not typing 'DP'. And I don't care what it says about me that I know what it stands for elsewhere.)

I had a (male) student complain about the government censorship of porn websites in class the other day. There were some young women in that class as well. Ain't no shame in his game.

It wasn't out of the blue (though fairly tangential); we'd just read a paper about moralist economic policies. But still. It was an awkward moment. Which didn't stop him from spending a good 3-4 minutes making his point. With references to specific websites.

South Korea has censorship? Wouldn't have expected that somehow. Of course, Indonesia has, but it's so low level that all it takes is changing the dns server.
And Lol at the specific websites.

Apparently it's enough. Says something about the Indonesians, or doesn't it? But perhaps we shouldn't get into politics here... ;)

I bet it's enough for 99.x% and to maintain the hypocritical self-righteous air of chasteness on the very top surface layer of the prevalent society here. Catching my drift, I'm sure you do. ;)

South Korea has no govt censureship. It was the academy that blocked all porn website. I had no problems...nvm. haha.
And the student is really dumb for saying he got blocked from porn. Idiot.

Lol. Clags could have, should have given him a little lecture on how to circumvent censorship. DNS servers, VPNs,
edit: with practical examples by means of said sites...

Btw, Clags, when is your flight leaving Seoul? Don't take MH...

When I was still regularly travelling between Holland and SE Asia, Malaysian was my favourite airline. Better than the highly regarded Singapore Airlines. Not suer if I would do that again, though.... (Even though I know it's not their fault etc.)

Singapore airlines charged 4 USD for 500 ml of drinking water when I flew with them.

    Korean Air +1
