No, not at all. If Rudals recently put on the weight (he has), I guarantee I could get it off him in a week....in a healthy way. None of that miracle diet BS. He might not like the food and he will hate the workouts, but I would bet on the success. I needed to get down to a good football (soccer) weight about 6 months ago and dropped 15 in a week. It is still off. Is everyone disciplined and motivated enough to do it...no, but it is more than doable. I would say 10-15 is more reasonable than stating a solid 15.
