I've followed Psy since his first album and Gangnam Style is a bit out of his norm.

I though you had many more suits! I'd slowly phase out the old ill-fitting suits and replace them for new ones. When you buy that Formosa, sell one Zegna, and put that money towards it, and so forth.

I really have to wonder if I have grew out of these suits and now they're too small or if they were ill-fitting to being with.

I do not know why I was recommended 38R and why I even got 38R.
Good thing I won't be wasting $3k on ill-fitting suits anymore.

Yup.
Lessen the carbs.
Sprint/Walk/Run 4.5 miles per day.
So sugar from cookies or sodas.
Eat a good breakfast, decrease portion size for lunch and dinner.
Dumbbell squats and jump ropes (300~500)
on a daily basis.

Since we're on the topic, I am at 176 lb as of this morning. 1 lb away from my original 10 lb loss goal!

I am updating my goal to roughly 172 lb for now, we'll see how all my pants/jackets fit then.

That's awesome! Glad it worked out! Now start introducing a bit more weightlifting, it'll be easier to stay at that weight with some extra muscle.

Thank goodness, I am getting sick and tired of cardio. (J/K, I know I need to keep doing it . . . I still hate it though)
