    I don't think this will work. Time to let that jacket go...

    Thanks! Is the button stance really that bad? It's a suitsupply Havana, plenty of people in the 20+ thread are wearing it. But then again, I really don't like the stance and wear the jacket unbottened because of that, so I suppose you're right.

    that 20+ thread became a joke to me when that guy with Asian roller skater girls got in.
    @Monkeyface keep the jacket.

    Since I have a couple jackets that don't flatter me when buttoned I've been wearing them ultra casually without buttoning. Is this an end of the world breaking the rule?

    I'm going to dissent with the Clagmaster here. This is one of the very few ties I kept for myself when the Drakes shipment arrived. It's extremely versatile and useful - looks a lot better with a blue shirt than white. This is exactly the kind of ties that fail into old-manish territory when it's too dark IMO.

    i agree that its a beautiful tie, but i have a few very similar to that, and do not find them very easy to use. maybe for the advanced its easier to implement.

    That's because you're usually in high contrast mode. You need to open your mind to the medium contrast world and you'll find a new level of swaggy freedom there.

    Couple of medium-contrast shirt/tie/suit examples that I have handy from our own shoots :
