BNtailor had a great grey striped shirt on their tumblr!
He's about my size. I'll steal it from him when I go on Friday. I've had two basted fittings and I think this'll be a forward fitting (I know it will be for the pants--don't know about the jacket). Mrs. C gave me the ok to commission another jacket, so I'll be looking into that as well. I'm thinking.....
On a different note, but one certainly related to this thread, I've helped out two people, in real life (who knew real life even had people?), with their wedding outfits. Both ordered several items from various affiliate vendors in the process. So that's kind of cool.
Really excited to see their work on you! They sure so some great stuff!
Too bad l wasn't in Seoul long enough last time to get a suit made...
I think if I had pushed them I could have had it in about a month, but there was no rush.
This BNTailor place, how much do their bespoke suits cost?
I told my fiance that I am going to FIELDS for a bespoke suit but then she was like they have really good places in Korea.
There's no way she would know about this place.
Clags, I'am coming in on 3/26th and leaving on 3/31st. Let me know if you want to grab a drink.
i would really like a non BD thin red stripe shirt. whare to kop?
The two best places I know of cost as much as Field. And if she thinks a good suit could be had in a week........
that's what she said.
anybody wanna recommend me a nice tie to go with this suit for my wedding?
I've been lurking around different websites but have no reference to go by.
The gray/silver grenadine you have on in that pic wouldn't be a bad choice. Otherwise, I'd suggest a Prince of Wales check. Most of the SF favorites sell one. A few: - Kent Wang - Henry Carter - Vanda Hober's is currently out of stock. Conrad Wu also has a nice black/white POW, but it's wool, not silk.
the tie you have is actually quite nice for a wedding. or you could buy this masterpiece for wedding perfection:
here is the product description.
A classic and timeless pattern that is ideal for social occasions such as weddings.
Thanks. Seems like a lot of people have recommended light grey PoW ties.
Conrad Wu has 3 different shades of PoW ties!
Or this one:
Or any other PoW tie/shepards check tie.
Aren't the conradwu ties wool? What's the weather like during your wedding?
