    But don't get me wrong. I am glad that you educated me. I will mostly make a smarter purchase now that I know that the oxfords are more formal. With that, I think having 2 derbies and a below par Gucci shoes, and a beater Ballys shoes will be good enough for me.

    Gosh, I really want that RLPL suit. Wish it was $2k cheaper. Bummer.

    Different strokes for different folks. All I'm saying is next time you're out shoe shopping, give them a try, see how they look on you. You might just end up liking them. Much of classic menswear is an acquired taste.

    I am a 38R for Zegna
    40R for RLBL
    Do you think I can fit into SFormosa's size 50R?????

    They give measurements I think. Check against your best fitting jacket. 40R is not, unfortunately, standardized.

    Fudge. NMWA said some jerk in South Korea bought 3 suits in 38R and cleaned the house. That Meffer.

    Or are you not a fan of teh material and swelled edges?
