1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Is "elusion" even a word?

I mean, there's illusion, and allusion, and elision...

Maybe I'm just a-loozhin' my marbles.

I have an alternative suggestion for the Grad Lounge's new title:

"Tweedy's Very Serious Menswear Discussion Group".

    Tongue in cheek, of course.

I didn't think that it would be an odd word. Just the noun form of "elude"

If he bothers you that much put him on your block list and unsubscribe from this thread because you seem to be bickering about him an awful lot.

Please don't start another GNAT thread.

As for the Grad Lounge, my sense is that most of the content boils down to "Why does X work or not work?" A title which captured that essence would at least be descriptive. But is it necessary...

Too hard to tell how it would look in real life, since it looks like it's heavily lit in the Barney's pic. I think you could make it work.

OK, so "elusion" is indeed a word! Pretty sure I've never heard or read it used though.

You learn something every day on SF!

All of the tailors that I saw were surprised at my request for a 2 inch cuffs. They all tried to steer me away or reduce the width. This, because they all thought it was too wide and not trendy. So I decided to go in determined so that I don't get swayed.

Surely Greg would need an industrious personal assistant interested in men's clothing.
