1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I'd pay a $1000 just to see that.

Those are two different things. Shanking a button is very easy once you get the hang of it, an you can use it for suit buttons as well. Just make sure you keep enough tension on the thread to make it nice and tight.

Every link goes to a bunch of half naked ladies wearing his socks. Kinda like the Suitsupply ads.

That's for the other clothing he sells. I don't think the bespoke articles have quite made it up yet, but I will ask in my next email.

Here's one of his super informative posts re: fusing. http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/...used-vs-Unfused-Collars&p=1305815#post1305815

Does that cover your question, or is there something else I need to ask him?

Am I mistaken, or did you not just recently outright state that a suit exceeding, I believe $7,000, was a quantifiable waste of money, regarding of all the relative factors to be considered?

If I'm not, this seems like an "evolution" (the left's happy word for flip flopping regarding gay marriage lol) that would fit in swimmingly on Capitol Hill.

    That was RTW [IMG]
And the same applies to shirts IMO—$500+ on a RTW shirt is a quantifiable waste of money

Fair enough, and god bless. While I think it's utterly foolish, that is a belief based in the subjective (I.E. not having a 3 comma checking account/investment portfolio....if only I could figure out a way to jimmy the period before the cents to be a comma, I'd be in business lol) realm.

Well, to be fair, I'd still think it's foolish, but it ain't my money...so have at it.

Just clarifying—you think the Kabbaz shirts are foolish, or the super expensive RTW stuff?

And I doubt you need 3 commas to buy this stuff (I certainly don't)

Side note: 3 commas jokes in Silicon Valley were hilarious this season

For my money, both, though probably the RTW more so as my body is about as non-RTW friendly (42" chest, 29" waist) as it gets lol.

While I am fortunate enough to be able to afford both, I don't think I could reasonably justify either. I tend to view many things (MUCH to the dismay of women I date lol) from a cost v. value perspective, and I couldn't begin the rationalize the cost paid for the value gained...I fear I'd only end up viewing such purchases through the lens of what else I could have gotten (not to mention, what I could have saved) for the money, rather than truly appreciating it...not to mention how batsh*t neurotic I'd get about keeping them pristine.

Good catch on the SV reference...though the 3 commas isn't quite as funny as the vertical v. horizontal door opening for me!

I can certainly understand that perspective.

Nothing is as good as the dick joke from s1. Nothing.

And lol at @DWFII being called on like Pikachu or something
