Breakfast — the most important meal of the day? Nahhhhh
Yeah, haven't has breakfast in months now. I get up at 6, have lunch at 11:30-12:00, then another meal around 4, and a small dinner at 6 or 7. I might have some fruit in between.
It's really easy to get used to 16 hour fasting. 24 hour fasting is a bit more extreme, but you're really only hungry around noon. After that the feeling goes away completely, so it's quite sustainable, although socially 16 hour fasting is easier. Both ways have made it really easy for me to lose fat and keep it off, while preserving muscle mass.
Give it a try, you might just like it.
Good luck! The first few days will be tough, but after that's it's a breeze. You could ease into it by going for a 14 hour fast on the fury day, 15 on the second, and 16 on the third.
Also, on days that you know you'll have to eat late you could just take your first meal the same number of hours later to balance it out a bit, and then slowly adjust back to your original schedule.

Not really worried about it yet as I'm still trying to gain ~10 lbs more. I've been having some weird annoyances like minor elbow tendinitis issues that I'm trying to fix by better warmups and exercise selection, so I'm trying to hold steady for now.
I'm the next month or two, I'm going to try doing a bit of a recomp, which for me might include some of the things I've just learned. So something like: eating dinner before 10 PM. Then nothing to eat till 10-12 the next morning with more food around the time I'd work out.
I don't think it matters much, but if you can, eat your biggest meal after your workout. I always liked doing that. I can't at the moment due to work, but it feels really good to a have big meal right after you've lifted some heavy stuff.
Are you sure it's tendinitis? Get it checked out. Could be something much easier to deal with
Haha, funny you say that. I just showed it to one of the spine fellows. He said it's probably a bone spur at the triceps insertion point as it wasn't in the right spot for tendinitis. More like 'pitchers elbow'. He just told me not to extend fully when lifting to let it calm down. That's what I did yesterday and it didn't bother me at all while working out. So I'll just dial down the weights and focus on slower movements. It's nice to mix stuff up from time to time anyhow.
Could be some adhesions built up in your triceps as well if avoiding full elbow extension is pain free. Try some self-massage in these areas http://www.triggerpoints.net/muscle/triceps-brachii using a lacrosse ball but avoid the origin/insertion.
