My legs rarely feel cold. Its my feet and hands that really start to hurt in this weather.
I am seriously considering these long-johns.
I swear by heat-tech. Couldn't have survived Seoul without it.
Uniqlo heat tech is the jam and it's so cheap.
Tommy John second skin changed my life.
Word. I love their stuff.
Wow! I didn't know white people wore them.
Anyone who wants true comfort in their undergarments should wear them. Regardless of religion, race, creed, or sexual orientation.
guess I'll be picking these babies up this weekend.
Is there a SF approved long-johns?
I have been asked to wear them because I have been complaining about this cold.
At first, I thought who wears them? But good thing I asked here.
I like that we have people from Baltimore and DC complaining about the cold and wearing long underwear.
Where are the midwesterners chiming in? I feel like they'd actually know wassup.
Re: the cold, I find that heavy moleskins or flannel trousers with a proper coat work fine to keep my legs warm, so I've never really bothered with any undergarments to help keep warm. The challenge is really keeping one's face / neck, feet and hands warm. I don't bother with a coat until it gets to be under 40. Above that, odd jackets work fine for outerwear and a decent sweater keeps me plenty warm.
Today I wore a cashmere sweater over my tie and shirt and then another zip up sweater and then a coat.
Yes, Boston is cold as heck. But with the wind in DC, it is pretty darn cold too.
When I said Tommy John I was talking about micro modal boxer briefs, not long underwear.
Murl, can you not wait until they're back in stock? I think you were on the right track, and if it's just a delay, the end result will be worth it.
