1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

So I've browsed thru Hober, Drake, NMWA, Shibumblebee, ConradWu...where else should I be lurking?
Y'all are wearing ties that look good and make y'all look mature.
I think I am going to start picking ties that I like myself and see how that turns out.
I have a silver grenadine but I am looking for a charcoal grey.
    That Cappelli is...fair.

    I suppose so...
Actual charcoal is not that versatile. Have you looked at the exquisite trimmings sale? http://www.exquisitetrimmings.com/products/show/saleitems Still some pretty nice drakes ties! And another 10% off with the sf discount!

@Monkeyface, if you are at the point where you have no real needs in your wardrobe and just want another pair of brown cap toes, go for it. Otherwise, no. Since you will be wearing black shoes 4-5 ties a week and I assume most of the time you are wearing a suit, I don't see the value in having a second pair of brown cap toes. You'd be better off with some sort of derby or more countrified shoe that would work with odd jackets and more casual clothing.

Thanks, I've been looking for a pair of reasonably priced long wings/gunboats for a while now, so I guess you're right on that one.

Nah, those are fine. I only have one pair of black shoes, when I need a darker shoe I use this ones.
