It is simply the taste of being in Florence my friend... you can't reproduce that in any other place in the world...

I had an unbelievable meal at L'Evangelista, just outside the Ghetto. The clientele is all Italian, almost no tourists, and the food is just amazing. The owner presides and is very happy to talk about the food, share her cookbook collection, and generally encourage you to have a great dinner.
