1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Isn't that the opening paragraph from "Fear and Loathing in Vegas"?
Not to refer to them as chix.

I would also pack the following:
    Two bags of grass
    Seventy-five pellets of mescaline
Five sheets of high-powered blotter acid
    A saltshaker half-full of cocaine
A whole multi colored collection of uppers, downers, laughers, screamers...
Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls.

Not that you need all that for the trip, but once you get into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

Yeah, good call on not going to Cuba.

I take it you've never been? I was there for New Years '06 but can't imagine it being that fun now. The CDR will probably want to make sure every chance they see you that you're on the up and up and not some kinda spy, all jokes aside. Besides, you'll probably get more bang for your buck (pun intended) in Mexico as it can be much cheaper than Cuba.
