I'll be in Toronto, and I'll have 5 hours to do some shopping. I'm looking for a single spot (i.e. a mall, a street, etc.) where I can find designer clothing (i.e. Hugo Boss, Armani, Zegna, etc.) and quality jeans (Nudie, Diesel, 3Sixteen, etc.) at good prices.

Where exactly should I visit?

with those brands it sounds like you are looking for Holt Renfrew.

Start at Yonge & Bloor. Walking west on Bloor between Yonge and Avenue Road you will find Holt Renfrew and Harry Rosen as well as a myriad independent brand stores (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Prada, Cartier, Lacoste, Coach) interspersed with some cheaper mall brands like H&M.

When you hit Avenue Road, head north to Yorkville and go back east to Over the Rainbow, Anti-Hero, there's a Diesel store and I think Dolce & Gabbana boutiques, Hugo Boss is somewhere around there, and if you head north on Hazelton (off Yorkville) there's some really high-end stuff at V Hazelton (Kiton, Malo, etc) and more streetwear at TNT in the Hazelton Lanes complex which also has some shoe stores.

In short follow a simple route like this and you won't even have to go very far to visit all the major players.

How important is full vs half canvas to you for heavier sport jackets?
