Thanks. I expect to be around 15% body fat at 250. I am a big guy to begin with so that would make me fairly lean. I will obviously reevaluate my goals once I get there. My real goal is to get under 300.... something I haven't been in 8 years, or my freshman year in college when I was wrestling collegiately.

You're 6'? Assuming you don't carry an extraordinary amount of muscle my guess is that you'll be above 25% BF. Either way, assess at 250 and go from there.

Good luck,

This week is one of those weeks that cant be measured by a scale. I started going to the gym last week and have gone for 6 out of the past 7 days. Lots of cardio and some lifting. The upside is I am seeing improvements on the treadmill as far as pace etc. It just does not show the results on the scales. Luckily I started some measurements last week. Around my abdomen at its widest point i lost about 1/2" last week, down to 59" I think this is a much better indicator of where I am going than any scale I can use. Its hard to say exactly what I was when I started(since most flexible tape measures only goto 60, but it was somewhere around 75" (I used an old belt as reference)

Weekly Update:

Current Weight 4/28/10: 338 lbs

Total Loss: 117 lbs
To Go: 39 lbs
waist @ naval: 59"
