I gather that ToJ is defunct and the planned replacement not live yet. So what's the S&D approved leather jacket supplier? I'm looking for something like the leather harrington jacket ACNE made last year, say. Something neither flimsy nor bulletproof, and wearable with a range of things, from t-shirt and sneakers to even, perhaps, a shirt and tie, like Truffaut:

Love my Aero Jacket. I've had several other jackets over the years and they've never worked out. I have a highwayman in midweight horse - it's the perfect mix between wearable but durable. They're not cheap, but they're very well made and you can get them made to measure which helps.

Well, @mrchariybrown has started "Falcon", apparently named after the infamous "Falcon Punch" that is picking up where ToJ left off, with better logistics (hard to NOT beat) and apparently, better leather and construction, though I cannot personally vouch for that. In a similar "MTM fashion jackets with good leather and good construction under $900" range, I am doing a collaboration with @LuxireStudio , and for this, I can vouch for the leather and workmanship that I've seen so far. We are still sampling, and will be starting with a cafe racer (moto) style and a double rider. Our "standard" leather will be a 2.75 ounce lightly glazed calf, very pliable from the get go, which is midweight and will suit a lot of people, while still having decent heft, and there will be a 3 ounce lamb as well.

Falcon has many more models - the entire ToJ leather catalogue, AFAIK. The Luxire collaboration will have many more leather color choices, (possibly) more options for customization. The prices will be about the same. I thiink that when we start with Luxire, there will be a "first adopters" discount, which will bring the price a bit lower.

I think that both options will be good for you.
