Gloverall Duffle Coats at STP--Sizing question

This is kind of a weird question, but what is the difference between the men's and women's Gloverall duffles at STP? I ask because they seem to have the men's mainly in large sizes, and these seem to run big, but the women's look identical, and the sizes are given as numbers ranging from around 34 to 44. This strikes me as being chest sizes, but of course I'm not sure. Anyone know anything about this?

They don't appear to in the picture, but it's hard to tell. The coats look the same except on the navy, the toggle color is lighter on the women's one. They have the lengths listed the same as well.

if you look at the larger picture instead of the small thumbnail, you'll clearly see that the women's has toggles on the opposite side of the men's.

I find them to fit true to coat size, meaning a size 40 coat is meant be worn with a jacket underneath.
