Yeah, I think he's saying that the only time you get a chance to let loose and party from now on is when your kid gets married.

No, it's a tradition we have. At the end of the night, after we come back to our house from my fiance's house (where the actual engagement party was held), we continue partying and cut off everyone's tie.

The only sad part about it is that my dad was wearing one of my ties. That tie was a pretty decent Ike Behar tie.

Interesting tradition which I am sure Freud wouldve taken copious notes on. Well, as long as you didnt have to hold the bed sheet up to show the crowd.
