I have come across a nice full length jacket by this brand. But actually have never heard of it.
Is there anyone out here who can tell me more about GF? What's the quality like?

He is in the same genre as Armand Basi during the 90s. I haven't seen his clothes for a while. From what I recall the quality was mediocre.

I wouldn't call it mediocre but it might not be up to forumnite standards. The look is often Japanese goth or at least quite edgy. Just look for runway shows FW09 and SS09 and you'll see collection pictures.

Thanks Fuuma. I'll check out the current collections. Back then, his clothes were actually made in Italy.

GF was fairly interesting in the 1990s - something like a toned down version of Comme des Garcons and Yohji Yamamoto. I didn't see anything from GF for many years, but it seems to be back again - there is a store in Aoyama in Tokyo now, as they sell in select stores as well.
