I hope the polka dot isn't corduroy, to me it looks that way in the pictures

    ^its f/w so i think its cords.

but if you look closely the polka dot from the 1st and 2nd picture is different in texture (placed in different racks, too)

New to GV and was wondering if I should size down between XS and S.
To give a little more info, XS H&M shirts fit me perfectly.

    I'd stick to XS.

Yeah, I'm a small in AA/H&M and I get the same size in Gitman. Definitely slim but fits nicely.

I'd measure your best fitting shirt and compare them to the XS and S measurements. You're most likely an XS though.

Both shirts look huge on you and not very flattering in my opinion. If you get it tailored, I think you would need to spend a lot of cash on them because in my opinion it looks like they would need darts, length shortened and potentially sliming of the arms. Just my 2 cents.

On a closer glance though, maybe you just have a long torso? Hard to tell with the pics.

Actually for the length is pretty okay to me, just ain't sure if the shoulder alright, I think I might just slim the arm only
