I saw that today, pretty funny. I couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of the whole situation. The description they gave of the company, NYC Motorcycle Federation, is that they're super-legit bikers. But then, realize that super legit bikers don't buy their rides on Gilt Groupe. Oh the irony. The jackets they have look like nice quality, but I don't think I'll be replacing my early '70s Schott Perfecto any time soon.

Honestly, 15K for a beat-up Shovel isn't a real bargain, even if it was in a movie. Shovels are relatively common, and you can usually snag em in much better shape for considerably less, then make what you want out of it. Now if it was a Panhead or a Knuckle for 15K, I'd be on my way up to NY with my pickup and cash in hand
