Gilt Hickey Suit differences

I bought a Hickey suit off Gilt last go around and thought it was okay. I'm thinking of grabbing a navy from the current sale. My question is if anyone knows the difference between the suits they have. In particular, what is the difference between:

http://www.gilt.com/sale/men/hickey-...oduct/37736188

They are both solid navy, both worsted wool, both side vented, notch lapel, 2 button, drop 7, etc. In effect, their description is identical. The 2nd one looks slightly more shiny but it might be the lighting. It's odd b/c they are priced differently?

Since the MSRP on both is identical, my guess is that the quality of both suits is identical. It could be that the more expensive one is a more recent vintage than the less expensive one (so they charge down on the older ones to get rid of them). Or that the more expensive one is of a fabric/color that they calculated would have less trouble selling, and so a lower price isn't needed.

Or they could be using a dartboard. I've noticed that prices jump all over the frigging place on Gilt from one sale to the next. The hickey spring parka at the previous sale just a few weeks ago was only $129. I almost bit on it. But now it's $199, so forget it.

Thanks for the input. It's probably a vintage thing as you said.

The odd thing about it is that the suits are the same exact color, cut, construction, model for different prices. I agree that Gilt prices randomly, but figured it would be at least for a different color.

Different fabric, slightly different lapels, different leg openings (8'' vs. 8.25'' in size 40)
