I bought a pair of ready to wear trousers last year. Unfortunately the wool has slightly worn out on the seat area. Do you think I could get it repaired or if not get a new pair under warranty?

Replaced under warranty?? Unless there is an explicit guarantee (and I doubt there is) I don’t think you’ll get very far asking for a replacement pair of trousers.

Unfortunately there is no good way to repair a worn seat.

I just realised the mesh office chairs we sit on have been wearing them down!
