I just remembered that I had bought a few items some months ago using the cashback program. How do I get the money? Does it automatically go to my Paypal account or do I need to fill out some forms? Any help would be appreciated.

It's automatic, as long as you signed up for a Live.com account.

I'm looking at my Paypal history and can't seem to find the transaction from the cashback. What should it look like? I remember that when I did the live search, that I wouldn't get the cashback for a couple of months, which should be in December.

I'm also looking at my cashback summary and it says I have no cashback rewards pending. So now I'm beginning to wonder if there was another cashback program that I had used.

my last live.com cashback transaction was on Dec 6 and is on pending until Feb. 6. You may be experiencing a similar "waiting" (penalty) period

I know when I did it, there was a frequently asked question section on the cashback live page specifically regarding what to do if you did not get your payment, you might want to check there. I know for me I had to wait 45 days to get the money but it did come.

Strangely enough, not always. I've had a bunch of $ stuck on the live cashback account for which I had to go to live.com, click on "Get your cashback" and get the cashback reward to be transferred to my paypal. For other transactions, it was transferred automatically. Go figure

+1,I had similar experience. Some transactions were automatically transferred into my PP account, others I had to request to be transferred into my PP account. You may want to change your live.com cashback account and see if you have the funds available.

If you're in your cashback.live.com account and don't see the transactions at all, you're pretty well screwed. Their customer service, should they decide to reply, will just run you around in circles and tell you to contact the store. The store will say it's a live.com problem and things are right on their end. After 50 or so emails going back and forth, you'll give up. Not that I have any experience with it or anything

The automatic payout cashback was something they did relatively recently and seemingly at random. Only one of my ebay purchases was automatic. I think that one is supposed to cash out in a couple days. The 4 others I had to request the cashback.

Does anyone else use this twisted logic to rationalize purchases? I bought some $300 shoes when cashback was 30% so I told myself I was only spending $210 or so. Then when the $90 became available, I bought something else that was $200 and told myself I was only spending $110.

I got everything. The total cashback was only around $400 and I didn't do any shady semi-fraud deals like many others who are having problems, though.

Didn't have this experience, noticed an item wasn't listed. Sent the item #, the purchase date, the confirmation email from ebay , and the paypal name and credited it next morning.
