Typical weekend gadding about attire (going to the market, the laundry, the pet food store, miscellaneous errands of that type): open-necked sports shirt (polo shirt very rarely), ascot occasionally, khakis or similar cotton trousers, dress casual shoes (usually A-E Dress Casuals), fedora or Panama hat (very frequently). In cool weather I'll frequently wear a sport coat with such apparel. It goes without saying that the jacket always is mated with a pocket square.

Good choices. I like a sports shirt with chinos as weekend attire. Ascot is a brilliant idea...

Jeans or khaki/linen shorts depending on the weather, and a polo or t-shirt, along with sandals or sneakers for the most part.

What I wear for business has no influence whatever what I wear at other times.

At the moment, I'm wearing dark wash jeans, Mantellassi chukkas and a blue striped linen shirt from J. Crew. It's a fairly typical casual outfit. Sometimes I swap the jeans for khakis, or the buttonup for a polo shirt.

This morning the wife and I went to get coffee: I was wearing a pair of Bill's Khakis, navy Lacoste polo and New Balance sneakers.

Yesterday afternoon it was yardwork so into my Hollister cargo shorts, LSU t-shirt and old white Reebook sneakers to cut the grass and do some weedeating.
