Try grass fed beef steaks, low mercury tuna, and wild Alaskan caught salmon. All very tasty, easy to prepare, and excellent sources of omega fats.

I hear you man, my diet is in a total rut, same every day. Getting bodyweight grams of protein, some greens, fats & carbs and that is it. I am turning into my mom who eats only to survive.
