Getting a suit pant lining added by a tailor?

Like the title says, I have a pair of suit pants that I'd like to get a lining added to. How much does this kind of service usually run at a tailor? How much variation in price would there be between some cheap, often-used fabric and Bemberg?

Which begs the question of should I get one added at all to begin with (yes I did read a few pant lining threads via search). It's a light gray suit, super 180s wool/silk. Will be worn in a temperate climate - read: snowy winters, hot as hell summers.
