I like them alot, not enough to buy them, but I would buy them if I could find them for cheap.

I hold the opinion that "distressed" shoes will soon go the way of "distressed" jeans. The distressed look is simply moving south and finally away...

I don't know anything about that other than from what a google search shows. What I had in mind is that JV tends to just take something that's already a classic and try to add their flavor to it, which, most of the time doesn't exactly work out. Like the old saying goes, if it ain't broken...

i actually think the black ones in the back look pretty good

I saw the John Varvatos boat shoes at the UWS Co-Op last weekend and they were horrible.

SoCal, whatchu doin upstate at the UWS Co-Op? That's where I go to ***** about the selection and buy nothing. Practically in Buffalo, you.

I live in the low 70s you hooker. Anything below 79th isn't that bad.

I've noticed that the shoes from the fashion shows for both S/S and F/W 08-09 are chunkier and has thicker soles. Reminds me of Prada in the late 90's.
