It looks like an ordinary OCBD.
BB website is currently down. IIRC, they carry this color in their garment-dyed OCBDs.

I have a 15.5/34 Slim Fit white non iron business shirt from BB which is slightly baggy in the waist. Would this Large Extra Slim OCBD fit be similar?
