No they are not. Drake's wont tell me who they use.
I have a jacket from their Belvest days but prefer the fit & make of this new Napoli factory they use

Yes, which loafers are you interested in? Normally any purchases over $500 is free of charge with USPS/EMS. Purchases over $1000 are eligible for DHL express upgrade
