1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

What is the difference between single and double dainite? Is it just a double layer of rubber?

    Thanks, Gents!

Didn't expect them to have a seam in the back since they have one on the side below the elastic.

    Pics would be great!

    Steve,

I'd need to be convinced on double Dainite. Not my first choice but not ruling it out either.

So, now when you see how great these look, is anybody up for another gmto? I would prefer Dainite sole but am flexible.

I am interested in a Chelsea boot also. Was thinking a lighter color though: [IMG]
I believe these are Simpson last and I know that does not work for some. Rain would be fine also. I would be ok with dainite or leather sole.

Surprised at how elegant the Soller last shape is. Not super bulbous like I thought.

Sizing is spot on (7Uk, 7.5 in Oscar last).

Had one issue with that I emailed you about, @steveyoo1983. Gorgeous boot otherwise.

Ryden, you're in for a treat, dude.

Awesome! Can't wait to see them. Although I stayed with my Rain size of 7.5...we'll see

    Welcome to SF!
Most of our customers tend to stick to their true to size UK sizing (one full size down from their US sizing) for Rain.
They tend to size down only half from their US sizing up for slimmer simpson.

    For example

US8 -> UK7 for Rain and UK 7.5 for Simpson

Of course this is just an example and you may experience a different feel/fit ;)
    Cheers!

Will take some side by side shots tommrow :)
