Can we make the tanker heavy duty by adding storm welt, or ultimately adopting Norwegian construction? If so, I am interested in joining this group.

I think the above pair will look really good with either a charcoal or navy suit.

Justin & NAMOR absolutely killing it with those ruby & navy shell bal boots!
I was thinking about starting up a bal boots MTO with pebble grain shaft & dark brown calf in few months :)

Quick update on our first shipment!
They are sending it off to us tomorrow so they should arrive & clear customs by mid/end next week!!

Now that carmina only has limited amt of Cognac & Navy shell, I was thinking about ordering some PTBs in both colors :) MTO or maybe just to stock some for our store? havent decided, but i really need a pair in my life haha

I am interested in the navy shell PTB so long as it is the sleek navy shell PTB pictured above on the rain last. I need a 6.5 wide fitting in that rain-lasted shoe. Isn't that shoe the subject of an existing proposed group-made-to-order?

In response to Member2000's inquiry about the navy shell tanker proposed group-made-to-order, isn't the split toe design pictured norwegian construction?

Which last you thinking for the PTBs Steve? I could be persuaded on a cognac pair.

Thanks man. Your navy boot was my inspiration and the reason I went ahead with the MTO.
Cognac doesn't seem too dark. If there is a difference between the cognac and dark brown I would be interested

Sorry to cause confusion, I couldn't find the Detroit Last Navy PTB so I posted the rain last PTB above :)
But the Navy Shell Wholecut is now down to 3 interests and hasn't been getting any traction for awhile, so I though I would start up a new navy shell PTB in Detroit Last!
Detroit is definitely wider than Rain so it should fit you well!

I think Member2000 was referring to Norwegian Welt which Carmina does not offer at this time.

    Detroit!!

They are medium to dark brown imo....nothing darker offered in shell cordovan at this time unfortuantely

If they don't, can they do some tweak to prevent water flooding the toe box? Only storm welt is possible? With commando sole I expect the boot is heavy dutiable
