It depends on which type of shoe s you are proposing, boots take longer lead time and is more expensive

Payment order is half at time of order and the other half at time of delivery. The MTOs I have been part of have generally taken 2-3 months but can vary based on material availability and factory schedule (I think the factory shuts down for most of August). Shell has typically run about $800 give or take but you need to correspond with Steve for specifics.

Thank you for your inquiry! As others have mentioned, the shell MTO retails for $795 (including shipping worldwide, and currently we have a 10% promo going on which can be applied to MTO as well). We need 6 participants to start the production and they take approx 3-4 months as of late. We require 50% deposit and rest 50% before delivery. Any other questions, please feel free to PM me :)

Good day gents! Quick Update on the Carmina shell situation!
    - Black, Burgundy, and Saddle Shell is no-go at this point.
    - They have very limited amount of Navy, Coganc, Loden, and Rubi Shell at the moment but that can go away real quick of course.

As I have mentioned before here are the expected delivery for March (arriving in about a week and a half)
    - MTO arrivals
905 five eyelet chukka (simpson) in dark brown suede
973 perforated cap toe boots (rain) in dark cognac shell
80372 full strap penny loafer (uetam) in loden suede
    - New Arrivals
80228 string tie loafer (uetam) in loden suede
80201 perforated cap toe oxford (rain) in dark brown calf (natur marron)
80254 full brogue wingtip derby (rain) in burgundy calf
973 perforated cap toe boots (rain) in dark cognac shell (the factory duplicated our MTO orders so we will have 6 pairs in stock!)
907 two eyelet derby in black calf (only one pair in 8 UK)

If you dont see your shoes above (ordered recently or few months back), not to worry since we will receive yet another shipment in April & May :)

Last but not least, the Tanker boots in Navy Shell (previously done in Soller Last) is available is indeed avail in RAIN LAST!

The design I have in mind at the moment are the boots below. I am also open to other options.

Steve, could you post pics of the 973 boots in dark Cognac shell?

I also vote for commando sole. I won't say never at this point about a double leather sole, but I would have to seriously cconsider participating in this MTO if the sole was double leather.

Steve, thanks for the update! Just to be perfectly clear: the saddle shell boot is off for the foreseeable future?

Yes, lets make this happen! I would prefer a Tomir sole but its not a dealbreaker.
