Gentleman's boots for motorbike riding - newbie

Jodhpurs are my favorite boots when I ride my moto. They are in fact designed for riding, albeit in stirrups. Good leather should not be damaged by shifting, but you can buy a protector that slips over your boot for about $10 from online moto shops. Or you can do as they do in Rome: buy a Vespa and not have to shift at all. In that case I would add a tobacco linen suit.

There are some special boots that are made in a way that it doesn't come in way of changing gears and still looks a little formal. Royal enfield collection have some.
