Anyone know where I can try on a pair of red wing gentleman travelers in nyc? I tried the red wing store in union, nj. They didn't have them.

None of the David Z. stores carry Gentlemen Travelers. Even the website doesn't carry it.

Not all dealers carry the GT.

I just saw that orvis carries a pair of boots made by Red Wing called the Cannon Valley Boot. It looks like the Gentlemen Traveler, except with a cap toe. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

I did end up getting a pair of GTs, I just ordered them from Zappos in a few sizes in both colors, then I had to ship back a bunch of shoes. I kept the black cherry, which is pretty nice...
